I don't know whats up.....help
Ok, so long story short...I did a hellacious off-road recovery and when I got done I was driving home and my tranny wouldn't shift pass of 2nd.I called the dealership where I got the truck from (who just rebuilt a few months ago and I never drive the truck)and they are in the process of figuring out what they are gonna do about it.So today I did the pre dealership checklist(cleaned all the mud from everywhere, removed the DP tuner, checked fluids,etc,etc,etc....)and when I got done I took it down the road(I drive a wrecker and it's in my driveway,LOL)The SOB is shifting fine!!!! What the HELL...I drove it for a good 45 minutes making sure the tranny got nice and hot and I know the guys at the dealership are gonna fix it so I was beatin the hell out of it when I got close to the end of the test drive.SHIFTED FINE THE ENTIRE TIME!!!I'm being forced to beleive it was the chip. What do you think? I'm going to put the chip back in and see if starts acting up again(wish I would have drove it again before I removed it,DOH) Whats y'alls opinion.......
