life of trans in lifted excursion?

Hey guys. I have an '03 7.3 Excursion 4x4 with S&B intake and strait piped. I'm going for a 6" lift and 37's. I have a really really heavy right foot.....I need an honest opinion....any experience/suggestion is welcome...How long do you think my trans will last before I have problems or need to upgrade? Also, any ideas on preventative upgrades? Thanks so much!

IMO i think you should have the money set aside for the trans build as the 4r100 in not known for its long life. and adding more work to it eeee. but good luck man.

Thanks for the advice...I will wait to lift my excursion until I have the $ for the trans upgrade at the same time. If it wasn't my daily driver I prob would just wait for it to break but I need to get to work everyday (unfortunately)....thanks again!
