i have a stock trans thats about a year old and it flashes about once every few weeks for a little while then stops, for some reason could it be a vaccume issue??? at least this one has a warrenty i think ? lol

found the issue

ok so after 4 trips to the shop... they finally figured out the issue. my alternator had a bad diode in it and was putting out almosta full volt on the speed sensor on the tranny. after a new alternator everything is working.
