Different sound under full throttle!

My diesel has a different sound under full throttle than it used to. I have a banks chip in it. I checked all the turbo hoses for leaks b/c that is what/where I think sound is coming from, more specifically while driving the sound seems to come from the front left. Any thoughts on this would be great. I do maintain the vehicle to fords specs. I just installed a suncoast tranny in it. It has 100K on the motor.
