NO Power

Hey everybody, what's up, new to the site and new to diesils, and it's starting to be alittle nerve racking. Bought this truck cheap a week and a half ago, and it is a pretty nick looking and running truck. The only problem I thought was wrong with it was a leaking injector, but is has to be something more than that. I went to pull my horses the other day and it would pull great up until around about 45 to 50 mph and then after that it would have no pwer at all, it would top out at 65 also with nothing left to give. Which leads to believe now that there is something else that has to wrong with it other than a minor leaking of the injector, but i don't really know. Hoping somebody has some ideas. Oh, btw the truck is a 97 F-350 4x4, if that helps any at all.

Thanks in advance,

Derek

Wow that was quick. Quicker than I realized I posted in the wrong area. Turbo seems to be fine although I don't know how to tell if it is messing up at all.

Reposted it over in the correct year forum. But anyways how would I do that, treat as if I was a waterhead, spent the majority of my short life working on nothing but gas burners, this is my first diesil and i know only a limited amount about them.
