Early 99 cyl1&5 not contributing

I did a cyl contr. test and 1&5 came back as weak. I did a buzz test and it sounded like possibly 3 on the pass. bank were weak. The truck idles up and down and shakes the whole truck when started first thing in the morning, but if you turn the key on and off several times it does better but not right. I just purchased this truck and it has gotten progressively worse. any help would be appreciated.

wow I thought maybe someone might have an idea but I guess everyone else is as clueless as I am. I was thinking injectors or UVC harness? Don't really know much about diesels, so could it be glow plugs also, it had water in the fuel but that problem has been taken care of.
