I had a simular problem and it was the IPC sensor. Got mine off EBay. Installed it today and the problem is cured. Replace it and you'll see it running like it should

Alfe-dawg is the lister's ebay tag. Right now the price is at $76. He has it listed as a ICP transmitter. Made for International and is the same as the ford part. It'll take a 5/8" wrench to get the old one out after you remove the hoist ring off the head and then you'll need to use a crescent wrench at an angle with a large screwdriver threw the end to tighten the new one as it has a 1-1/8" base. Any ?'s send another reply

Snowman, found another ICP sensor on EBay, buy it now for $98 or make offer. 8 days left on it. Trickfloe-jay is the seller.

I've had mine on the road back and forth to work and on a few long trip without incident. All codes are gone.
