Still having the same problem, the dealer closest to me only has one PSD tech and is at least a week behind, so it sits in the yard, waiting for a time spot and the $$ to do it, have check all the connections. Only does it at idle at a stop or while coasting down hill, another buddy mentioned the hpop pretty sure that one is pricey good luck please let me know what you find out and I will do the same. Snowman :

I guess there are two Dirk's on this forum.
I am Dirk 611, Having almost the same problem with my 1999 7.3 F350.
I think I have a pretty good handle on it.
First started out dying, and throwing codes. First Icp,then CPS, then exh. pressure code. After changing these sensors I thought my problem was solved--- WRONG !!! 100 miles later it died. Got under truck and moved wiring by crank sensor and truck fired-up. Turned out wiring harness had a bad connection. If standing in front of truck looking at motor- look on the right side
valve cover- look for large block of wires with bolt holding two halves together.
When my truck was running I could move that wiring harness and my truck would die. I separated the two halves cleaned with contact cleaner and put back together. Truck has run for two days with no problems. Keep your fingers crossed for me !!!

The wiring harness was one of the first things I had checked, and it was fine.
No bad pins, good connections, no worn wires. My IPR was sticking and it would cause a drop in pressure in the HPOP thus telling the system to turn off. I haope thats what it was because these sensors get expensive

Not exactly sure what that means. The code screams ICP. But its is doing exactly what mine was doing and like I said, my problem was the IPR.

Its been two days now since the change and i have lit into for a few miles and been driving in stop and go traffic and so far all is good. '

From what others have said about ICP's, it seems they can have problem and u unplug them and your truck should still run, rough that is, but yours won't even run.

Check the IPR

p1211 is a code for above or below desired pressure, and it can mean a bad ipr, icp or hpop, there are others on here with more experience in this though.
Hpop's aren't the end of the world though you can find them on ebay for 300-400, we buy them at work for the ambulances fairly often.

Where and how would i tell if it was the icp, ipr, or hpop, I know I've been askin a lot here, I just can't afford to take it to a dealer, I can get by in the garage.
