You will need to put the truck on a scanner and monitor the datastream as stated before. PID's to monitor, batt voltage, ICP, RPM, and IPR dutycycle. Voltage reading low or randomly dropping will cause it to die and not restart. It's random, but I've seen that a few times, That will be a short in the harness somewhere or bad cables. You should see RPM's jump to 200-250 when cranking. If you don't see rpm's, it's a harness issue, CPS sensor, or connector issue. ICP should quickly raise to 600psi+ when cranking and IPR duty cycle should raise as well. Are you positive you are getting proper fuel pressure at all times? |
