Misses When Cold!!!!

Have a 2001 F350 7.3L and installed all injectors and still misses only when cold.When warm runs like new. Could it be the IDM is not operating right???

Let me try again,No one answered my last post. Have a 2001 F350 SD 4X4
w/7.3L and replaced all injectors and it misses when cold.#3,5,&6. After warm it purrs let a kitten. Ford dealer says 3,5,&6 bad, Replaced again and the same. They want $855.00 for a new idm because it was not reset.There is no reset on it.just battery disconnect and put back. Any help PLEASE!!!!
