I have a 2002 f350 its got a bad surge when it gets warmed up it wont stay running in park or nutral the surge is so bad it will cut the truck off "only ounce its warmed up" cold starts its fine when im driveing the truck it only surges in stop and go traffic if im on the throttle then on the break real quick the truck will shut off
Ive replaced the hpop the ipr sensor the icp sensor check the ebp valve to make sure it wasnt clogged and nothing is helping it all the above was suppose to fix it according to the famous ford dealer my truck dosent have a chip its got a 4 inch exhaust for the turbo back and a k&n air filter in the stock filter box other than that its bone stock and i cant figure the surge out anyone have any ideas found this site from alabamafrog One more thing i should mention i noticed the other day when i got in the truck if i press the break real hard while its sitting there idleing in park the truck will cut off And if i unplug the icp sensor the truck runs like a top with no surge at all totally clueless any help would be great thanks |

yeah its throwing alot of codes here they are
p1280- Icp circuit out of range low p1282 Excessive icp p1247 turbo boost pressure low p1248 boost pressure not detected p1211 icp pressure above below desired i think the icp ones were from when i had the icp unplugged but im not sure like i said ive replaced the icp and nothing changed |
