Injector Problems!?

The truck was running fine then all of a sudden the truck dropped from 65 to 50 and would not go any faster even with the peddle on the floor. I saw it was blowing a small amount of white smoke, but it really wasnt that thick. So I pulled over and turned it off for about 15 minutes, restarted and could see a small amount of white smoke but it ran fine.

Im wondering if this is the injectors, what should I do to fix the problem?

get codes!! those will help you, if you end up thinkin injectors (i have no idea if thats right) then there's the buzz test you can run and see what you have going on
