7.3 Motor surge...

I posted this below but haven't gotten any replies. So I'll try this again.

My buddy took a test drive with me today and he seemed to think I had more of a surge as opposed to a chug. I replaced the CPS yesterday and it didn't help. When I hit the accelerator I get a couple of little surges before I take off. But the van still runs great. I read the codes and this is what I got:

I am getting a

P0238 (Turbo Boost Sensor A Circuit High Input)
and
P1670 (EF Feedback Signal Not Detected)

Any ideas here?
