low ICP pressure

After installing some stage II injectors i drove to my buddy's to have him hook up his snap on scanner to check my pressure.
We got 480 psi at idle and 2200 psi at wot while driving. is this too low and what to do to bring it up. if the icp pressure sensor or icp regulator was bad would that throw a code?

thats pretty normal ,possibly could be higher , have you driven it enough to get all the air out ,that would make readings low

my buddy can check fuel pressure with snap on right? he'll do that tomorrow and what is ipr percentage? My buddy has been a mechanic for years and is very good with gassers. He helped me get my 1970 oldsmobile 442 in the mid 11 seconds on a budget. But he is fairly new to powerstrokes.
