constant blue smoke problem

Just noticed there seems to be blue smoke coming out of the tailpipe 60% of the time. I've noticed a small blue puff when the tranny shifts and when I come to a stop. When under steady throttle with there is a very slight haze. I know blue smoke= oil, but not sure where the oil can be coming from.

Injector O-Rings are a common culprit
