QUICK QUESTION ON ICP SENSOR

I just got my icp sensor in and took the old one out and NOT in the electrical end but the end in the block has oil there.IS THIS NORMAL . my guess is it is ,but have to ask waited two weeks for this baby(from ebay )and curious if this is going to fix the beast

didnt fix the problemit still tthrows p1211.On to the harness I guess
