Replacement Radiator Fan Blade

Well, something must have got kicked up into my fan blade because I opened my hood tonight and noticed 5 blades with large nicks in them. The remaining blades all have fairly large cracks and small peices missing from the tips.

Since the fan hasn't grenaded yet and taken my radiator with it, I would like to find a replacement for it that can handle a little more abuse than the cheap plastic stock one.

Anybody have any suggestions what to look for and where? I know flexalite makes alot of universal fans that might work, but I'm not sure what sizeI might need. I can get a ford OE replacement for $95 but would rather have a steel blade. Plus, they appear to be cheaper.

I ended up ordering an OEM fan from Directfordparts.com (I order all my oem parts from there). From what I could find, the stocker was the way to go. It was around $60 shipped iirc.

Yeah, it's a real nice site. Most of the parts are comparable to the prices you would pay at an autozone type store, but these are true OEM parts. They usually get shipped from a ford dealer in Texas (tells you how much mark up there is on OEM parts from the dealer!).
