fuel regulator question
quick question, is there supposed to be an or ring on the fuel pressure regulator plunger ? changed the drain valve and was trying to figure out why this is so hard to restart. pulled the reg. off and looked like there might be one. All my ford manuals are on disk that will not work with vista at the present time. thanks for any help.
2000 F450. all stock at the present time.
