Changed fuel sperator valve, still have fuel leak.
I changed out the o rings on the fuel seperator valve, degreased the engine and washed with hot water to clean everything off the engine. Drove it around yesterday and woke up this morning to a diesel fuel spot on the driveway. Where could it be coming from now? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks. BTW, thanks to everyone who has helped me with my problems. I have posted numerous times on here with questions and problems and I just want to say thanks for the help.

There is rubber washers on the metal fuel lines that go to the heads that probably also need replacing. As well as the pressure and return lines from the actual fuel bowl. In fact, there is about half a dozen other orings on the bowl that probably need replacing. I would suggest removing the bowl, cleaning the bowl and replacing the orings. Two 13mm bolts hold it to the HPOP reservoir, then 4 metal fuel lines need to be unscrewed.

Just an update. As far as I am concerned, if you are going to change the fuel seperator o rings. Then you might as well cahnge all the o rings and viton sleeves on the fuel bowl. If the ULSD is going to make the o rings on the fuel seperator leak. Then it will do the same on the bowl. Just my 2 pennies. Save yourself some time. Guzzle's has the or ing kits. They work great and his write up on this site is a huge help.
