Question differences

what up new guy here our 01 f-250 has a busted piston an i found an awesome deal on a 1995 2wd f-250 an i was thinkin we could just swap the motor out of the 1995 i know we would have to change the injectors,hpop,and turbo does anyone know what else would be needed to make this work

yea i've done that job. You'll have to change the exhaust and intake manifolds, turbo pedastal, fuel bowl, remove the manual fuel pump and put a plug in the hole I cant remeber but i wanna say it's a 7/8 freeze plug. When you change the HPOP youll have to change the upper housing so you can bolt the new fuel bowl to it. Make sure you change the seal from the old housing to the new one cause they are different. Make sure you change EVERY SENSOR. When you change the exhaust manifolds just leave the up pipes bolted on them dont touch them that way they're lined up right. Thats all i can think of right now good luck and yes it does work
