01 F350 7.3 Early Morning Running Problems

I have an 01 F350 Super Duty Powerstroke Diesel and it has only 75,000 miles and it is giving me problems. My husband has replaced the cps twice and it ran fine for awhile. Then it started acting really weird, when you would go of a morning and turn the switch on the RPM hand would fly back and forth and it would not start. You had to cut the switch on and off several times before it would stop so that you could start it. Not only did we have that problem but we have another with it, you can crank it up after the wait to start light goes off and let it warm for about 5 minutes and leave our driveway and get a 1/4 of a mile up the road and stop at the stop sign and start to take off and the truck will barely move and act like it is going to cut off on you and then it will just take off, like it had just got fuel to it. Ford dealership has it for the second time, first time replaced the cps and also fixed two burnt wires in the harness, that fixed rpm problem. Now they still have my truck and cannot figure out what the problem is, they drove truck today and it actually cut off on them. No codes being thrown. Has anyone had this problem, if so any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Maybe there is a problem with the throttle position sensor.

ok, thank you. Also I spoke with the Ford Place today and they said that the injector pump was still good and that it was getting enough fuel to it and they still don't have any answer. I will ask them tomorrow if they have checked that also.

sometimes the ipr won't kick a code, it's not that hard to replace. i have seen trash get in them and cause a sporadic sticking issue
