Wierd power problem Help pleas

ok so replaced ICP CAS Fuel filter oil filter and the only code I get is glow plug module. Basically truck runs good up till 15 psi ...once it builds more then 15psi it seems like its defueling but if I push the pedal alll the way to the floor it seems like there is a burst of power that happens kinda like a surge and it seems like it surges on then off.....by surge I mean a surge of power

only code is for the glow plug module.

its basically from 15-26psi feels like its defueling at 90 percent throttle

at 100 percent throttle it seems to have more power and may be at full power 26psi

You said your truck is losing power up to 26psi. Your truck will start defueling @ about 23-24.5psi. I think you just need a boost fooler.
