1999 power stroke in f650

I have to start over here sorry! 1999 f-650 power stroke diesel, Starts hard in cold, turns and turns and begins to clatter and cackle and finally starts, no throttle responce at all whene cold. Cylenders 2 4 5 and 7 stay cold for a while/to long, Removed and replaced these nozzles and ford replaced #3, Seems to run better but still stumble a bit if you floor it no load, only will turn 2740 rpms and stmbles around, Idles fine, Ime changing oil in morn and ill see how it starts? 1-774-406-7289 any advice apreciated Richie
