97 psd won't start

hello, I have a 97 F250 7.3 psd with 65000 miles that will not start. I had issues last week with my 97 F350 and with all your help I got it running ( HP oil pump). So here we go again. I have good fuel pressure and good HP oil psi (about 4300psi) while cranking. I have checked the #22 fuse and it's good and also replaced the cam sensor and it still won't run. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!!

Justthought I would let you know about my 97 f250 psd- took the IDM out of the 97 F350 and put it in the F250 and it ran great- so I located a used one and now both my trucks are up and running!! Thanks for all your help
