Pulling the injectors to clean them isn't necessary or productive. Run a few tanks through it with diesel kleen (gray bottle). Also go to autozone and have them check for codes. They do it for free so they advertise. Also when is the last time you changed your fuel filter? Should be done at least every 15k miles or sooner if you got some less than clean fuel in there. Start with the basics and move up from there. Regular oil, fuel filters, and a clean air intake system are the keys to start with. After that the DTC codes will help nail down any problems from there.
