More help PLEASE!!

First let me thank everyone who answered. Now I need some more help.
I replaced my fuel filter and that helped alot now I toke it to the store (2 miles) and on the way back I lost my throttle I pulled over and restarted the truck 3 times before I got response from the pedal. I limped it home and now I can start it and it will idle but I get nothing from my pedal no change in rpms it will run for about a minute and slowly die it will restart but still no throttle. As always money is tight and I am really in need of some help. Oh yea I had it scanned 3 days ago and found no codes. Has anyone had or heard of this problem and if so what the cause was. Honeslty I couldn't tell ya. Maybe the throttle position sensor went out, or there is bad oil press.

I let the truck sit for about a hour. I started it to move it into drive and seemed to be ok. Didn't take it on the road because I didn't want to be stranded. This has happened4 times in the last week. Really need to find out what's wrong please

How much fuel in the fuel tank?

over 1/2 tank. I also run diesel 911 in the winter.

Classic CPS (Cam Position Sensor) symptoms....Was the recall performed?

yes that was the first thing I did when it started acting up
I even crawled under the truck to make sure they changed it. The only reason the dealer did it was because it was under recall.

What about the fuel bowl. Can you see it filling?
