powerstroke running weird?

So on tuesday my truck was running fine left home and went to mcdonalds and when i left went to pull out on the road and the truck accerlated very slowly untill it got close to 2000 RPM's then it ran fine. the first thing i checked was my chip i put it back to stock and no differnce. so when i got to school i put it on the scanner and got 3 codes

p1249- waste gate control valve performance.
p1247- turbo boost pressure low.
p1248- turbo boost not detected.

and the more i though about it it ran the same this way this winter when it was cold. and from what i understand this is normal in the winter to help warm up the motor. but why did it do this. when the motor was warmed up?

so i left school and it was running fine. and today it ran fine to.

my teacher told me to hook the wastegate up to a vacume pump to see if its working but i haven't had time to do that yet.

any one have any thoughts.

Thanks
