02 f-250 7.3problems???idle rough, no power

i went to crank my truck the other day and it was rough idle, i couldnt even back up my drive way, and driving down the road was crazy i was holding it to the floor and no power at all.. i carried to the ford dealer and they told me it was the idm.. so i went and bout one after they put it on, they called and said it is still doing the same. and they are trying to locate the problem now.. they told me the pressure test on the injectors are fine, and i already changed my fuel fiters. what could it be.. i had an excursion 6.0 and after trading that junk in on a 7.3 i tought that i would never have problems like that again.. but now this.. any help would be greatly appreciated

sounds like the injection pressure sensor to me.
