Codes P1396, P1247, P1248, P1211

I have a 99 PSD and I am getting these codes. I have a Dp-Tuner chip and I'm not sure what is going on. The 40hp setting doesn't work correctly. It will not build boost until around 2200 rpm's. This isn't the first chip I've had this problem with. Also on stock it will build about 14psi of boost and 23psi on 120 race. Not sure what boost pressures are suppose to be. Checked all the hoses running to the map sensor, didn't know what my next move should be.

1247 is low boost pressure
1248 is NO boost detected
1211 is ICP below desired amount
1396 is basically that you have a chip installed.

I would look into your turbo for problems, check the comp wheel, and shaft play in and out, and up/down.

there should be NO play in/out and very little(1/16" MAX) up down.
