Lots of white smoke on startup

Truck used to start excellent before installed 6 pos chip. Now on start up tons of white smoke for first five min and rough idle then clears up. Scanned and buzz test and contribution test, all good. Thought it may have been performance tunes but does it in stock aswell. Chip has been installed for approx. 1 month now.

Its about 2*C ( roughly 30*F i think ) and it was plugged in all day. I know a bit of white is normal but im talking its billowing out for a bit, similar to the way it was before I rebuilt this motor when I changed an injector out in a washed out cylinder. Man that was all bad.
