Engine Swap, New Problems

Well, I need to update my avatar picture cause the other engine is in.

BUT, now I have some issues to figure out. It ran like crap for quite a while after starting it for the first time, but I figured that was just air in the system. Sure enough, after idling for half an hour the idle smoothed out. After checking for leaks, off on a test drive we go. It runs smooth, but it is GUTLESS. Worse than the old engine was.

So out comes the scanner:

Buzz Test Passes
Contribution shows #4 and #8 fault codes
Back Pressure Sensor Code

Boost never passes 15 lbs, even on a hard pull up 6% grade
Fuel pressure is 72 lbs at an idle, but I have no way to check it at WOT

There is a small amount of fuel in the valley that I think is coming from the drain valve o-rings. Other then that, I have no leaks.

Hpop performing within spec

I have a rebuild kit for the injectors, but I am just tryin to make sure cover all my bases before I have to dive back into the engine. I am kinda tired of wrenching on it for now, if ya know what I mean.

Anyway, sorry for the novel, but I am looking for any ideas.

Thanks guys
