Low mpg Frustration!!!!

I am frustrated now with my terrible mpg, I am getting 11 at best at the moment. I was hoping it was the winter blend but i did a test and ran it only off of veggie and I got the exact same mpg, with no winter diesel. What else could be the issue here? I was getting 17 a few months ago, I have since had a new transmition put in but that is it. Both veggie and diesel filter are near new so I dont think its that. What else could be making my mpg so bad!!??

How's your heater for the veggie? I'm just wondering if it isn't heating the veggie fuel & it's burning thicker fuel, causing strain. Is your truck modified any other way? How's your tire pressure, air filter, & injector conditions?
