Injector & Vibration

Hi Fellas....01 F-250 Stock. Got SES light and run very poorly. Did buzz test on injectors and found #7 was reporting error. Stealer wanted 358.00 for new. I bought rebuilt from a good shop in Pennsicola Fla. Replaces #7 and waited for truck to clear codes. It did and seems to run well. Only thing I have noticed is a slight vibration at idle. It is more noticable when truck is in gear. Once you are accelerating cant feel anything. This vibration is very slight. Im not a diesel mechanic just a poor man trying to get by. I dont want to cost myself a rebuild by overlooking something. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I fits only been a few miles then there could be air still trapped. Air could take up to 60-75 miles to get out.
