1 Hour Truck

I have a 02 f350 with 250,000 miles. The only mods are a diablo chip. Truck will operate perfect for app 1 hour will shut off and not start for 15 minutes. Replaced cps twice and uvc harness, no change any thoughts would be greatly appreciated. thanks TMac

Check oil level, and observe oil quality on the dipstick when you pull it out.

try pulling the chip off for a couple days and see. I had a superchip that went bad.

Check for codes. If none, see if you can monitor data stream while driving and save the data when it quits again. Possibly fuel lift pump overheating and quitting until it sits and cools a little.

replaced lift pump no change but i can hear the fuel gurgle in the pump after truck shuts off like it is getting air in the line. is there something between the pump and the tank that could cause a problem. im going to tear it apart to take a look thanks for the replys. T Mac
