1996 stroke falls on its face

my 96 starts great even cold. Take off out the driveway fine then 2 blocks down the road it slows down, put it in park and stand on it and it wont get above 1000 rpms. If you let it warm up for ten min no problems except every once in a while it jerks at cruisin speeds. when it acts up in the morning it sounds and feels like a miss and blows blueish white smoke then when it quits it doesn't smoke at all even when you first start it. and it only acts up for like 1 or 2 min. Any ideas i've already replaced the camshaft position sensor, air filter, and the fuel filter.

mine did the same thing, check your ebpv. these are to help speed the warm up process, it is a valve after the turbo that closes when the engine is cold. it can stay closed and slow down your engine drastically.
there is a plug with 2 wires just under the turbo, try unpluging it and see if it cures the problem.
