Help Diagnose Fuel Pump

Ok I have a couple of threads going to solve this problem. I thought it was my CPS so I changed it. New Fuel Filter and drained bowl.

Hopefully I have found the problem.

Climbed under the truck and pulled the fuel line out of the pump going up to the motor. Had my wife turn the key to on. Pump makes sound but no fuel is comin out of it.

So is it

A... The pump is toast
B... Something is clogging the Line
C... Neither one and I'm screwed

Mine did the same thing a few weeks ago. Changed the pump and same problem. Found out my gauge was off and I had an empty tank when I thought I had a 1/4 tank.
