7.3 turbo problems?
hi i am looking for help with my 2000 ford f250. when i am driving and im not deep into the pedal my turbo stops spooling. i can not get it to start spooling again until i get back into the pedal and then it hits all at once it will go from not spooling straight up to about 9-12 lbs. i have many assumptions of what this could be but i wanted to see if you guys could help me out before i tear into it. thanks for your help.

gosh i wish one of you guys were from cincinnati or close i would pay for you to come help me haha so ill just throw that out there. i cant afford to take it to a dealer. the noise goes away as soon as my turbo starts spooling again. it honestly feels like the turbo is sticking and then when i give it enough throttle it spools but goes from not spooling to spooling like 9-10 lbs
