new stancor 586-903

I have no idea what to do next!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Have replaced all glow plugs and just finished installing the stancore 586-903 that is supposed to be the best. Had a little problem with the way it mounts oppisite of the stock one but is there a way to hook up backwards? Truck still belows white raunchy smoke 4 the first couple of minutes. What else could be wrong. Please HELP

What year is the truck? Did you replace the right relay, '99 and up had 2 next to each other that look similar, one for IAH, and one for GPs. How does the truck start cold? If it's starting OK, and GPs are working I would agree with cchase on the o'rings.

Sorry bout that... truck is 00 and i think i got the right one because i use to replace it every year with the napa version it is the one closest to the firewall by the filter. The truck plugged in starts fine but after sitting at work all day it smokes horribly. starts with a little cranking but doesn't do romps till below 20..I have had the dialbo predetor on for about two years and just put the 5" from turbo back on.
