CPS?

Ok, after 172,000 miles I think my cps went out. All guages work, wait to start light comes on, batteries are good and alternator shows a charge. When I go to start it, nothing, does not turn over. Does this sound like the cps, if so can someone tell me where its at so I can replace it. Thanks in advance.

CPS would not keep it from cranking.

It sounds to me like a starter relay, electrical connection or the starter itself is gone.
