Truck doesnt sound like a Powerstroke should

Iam getting confused a bit, I have good idle, runs good through the RPM range, no boost leaks. new HPOP, IPR, map sensor line no leaks. I get boost, but it just doesnt put you back in your seat around 2000 rpms like how most 7.3 run even stock ones. 165,000 on the truck. Just cleaned out the tank and did the in tank mod with new 3/8in line. Could bad injectors cause this, ? whats causing this, I dont have a scanner and dont have any options besides let the dealership look at which I hate to do. Could be map sensor? ICP sensor? Injectors? TPS? I got thinking maybe the computer is goofed up because it doesnt sound like how a PSD sounds. Just doesnt have the get up and go. Just has a light mist out of the oil cap hot.

Mine runs like a turd with the chip out. I just guessed that its the crappy early 99 tune trying to match up to all the minor mods done to the truck. Mine idles smooth, runs fine, just no power. How does yours not sound like a 7.3? Too quiet or?????
