7.3 reman injectors

Guys i think i need to replace an injector. Who has the cheapest prices on a reman? I don't want or need anything special, just a good quality reman, preferably a place that doesn't have a core charge. Any names guys?

cool thanks man! This is puzzling to me. I just filled my tank and got almost 15mpg. Normally i can't break 13.7 in the winter. My injector must be sticking and not dumping extra fuel. What symptoms did you have of a bad injector?

My truck had a slight miss and was kinda sluggish at start up when I would take off. I had it in at the dealer for some electical work so I had them do a buzz test on it and that is when they found #8 was bad. It still drove fine on it, it just had a slight vibration/miss. they are not that hard to replace either. Just remember to drain your fuel rail! I made that mistake and it hydrolocked. I had to work it back and forth a little bit to get it to free up. Changed the oil afterwards, of course.

I looked at it tonight and i decided i didn't want to take it all apart just to find i needed and injector and have to take it all apart again. I am kinda nervous doing repairs that big. I don't want to mess anything up.
