dtc 1280

i recently did the 10k and when i took it out the service engine light was on and i pulled a 1280 code, put 10k back in no light, not code.....figured i messed up my icp sensor so i got a new one and put it in and have the lighht and code wothout the 10k in. so now im out 190bucks for sensor thats non returnable......any ideas what else may be? Im real pissed right now btw

also when i tightened it.....once it got to like the last thread where it was actually getting tight there was a "puff" with lil white smoke. Whats that all about

OK NOW IM STEAMING AT THE EARS PISSED OFF!!!!!!! before i had thought to myself.....hmmmm maybe the resistor wire stretched the plug openings in the female plug....but didnt give it too much thought.....just went outside and put some dielectric grease in the opening....plugged it in and the service engine light is off. so i guess i had a bad connection. SON OF A BETCH!!!!! WASTE OF $190!!!!!! wish i wasnt such a dumb@ss and tried that to begin with
