code issues on my 2000 HELP

I have been getting error codes lately. tried deleting them a few times and I keep getting them. these are the codes that are showing up on my programmer: P0221, P0470, P1139, P3600

P0221 Throttle Switch B Circuit Performance
P0470 Exhaust Back Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
P1139 Water in Fuel Indicator Circuit Malfunction
P3600 ?????

What are you scanning with and what is the truck doing?

imscanning with my sct livewire, the only thing I really notice with my truck is some tranny issues and when if i let off the gas peddle and then hit it again there feels like there is some play. it hits hard, same when i take cruise off going uphill. dont know if its related

With the p0221 code, you may need to replace the throttle pedal assembly.

ill look into that. u dont know where i can find some illustrations for these indicators, sensors, etc?
