Hi, Ihave a 95' PSD with an OBDII connector in the cab and I would like to see if I have any codes reading no engine lights though.I have an auto xray scaner Ive used it countless times before on other vehicals and on my truck with the key in the on position it says truck not responding! what dumb thing am I not doing? Also when the truck is cold to half warmed up on cruse at 60mph the engine surges breefly and stops when completely warm is that normal? I also makes a ra,ra,ra,ra rough sound when it starts not very smooth diesel starting like it used to and sound like the motor is looping runnig rough at 30mph shaking the truck. Im sorry this is so long, Im a HVAC tech and Im very picky about how things operate Ive been fighting this thing for a while the truck has 194000 on it I put new injectors in at 189000 and a new motorcraft re-man E4OD trans in at 192000 any help on these would be greatly apprecated.
