Which o-ring on the HPOP? There are 3 common possibilities. Hose fittings, rear plug or the dreaded "non-serviceable" plug.

The one we were having problems with was the hose fitting one. I was leaking at the fitting on the HPOP. When you are standing in front of the truck you see the HPOP resevoir and a sensor sticking out(not sure what sensor it is), it was the fitting directly below that one. It had a natural bend in the hose just before the fitting. We had hell with that one. I had a friend over here helping me, and neither of us had ever worked on a diesel. With this economy, me putting my wife through college and being the only one working, I wont be able to go running to a mechanic every time something goes wrong. I wanna be able to work on my own truck. It was a very good learning experience for the both of us. I really enjoyed it.
