Dash light now reads "Hard To Start"

02 550 7.3 After having axle rolled forward, chassis shortened and side boxes installed,truck now is a hard starter,will not idle,runs rough, until warm,departure time from wait to start until moving without stalling, approx 15-20 min.Norcal owner 45 degree mornings?????????

did they mess with the fuel tank? otherwise check for any damaged components where they were working.

Hey thanks FDD for the input,yes they shortened fuel line but did not remove tank,I have also heard that excessive welding on a chassis can mess up electrical parts on the vehicle,is this true?
