Diagnostic Trouble codes

I have an 02 ford 7.3 L., 70K miles. I was driving when the check engine light came on, motor started missing. Limped back home and pulled the following codes: P1272, P1278, P1316. Would appreciate any ideas here.

P1272 is cyl. #2 high to low side open
P1278 is cyl. #8 high to low side open
P1316 is IDM codes detected
My guess is either you lost 2 injectors or you have an elec. issue, possibly UVC harness, but this would mean both left and right sides I believe.

I was reading yesterday about the UVC harness and i believe that is the direction I will go in. Thanks for your input.
