well this moring i started the truck and stard up fine but was clanky i figurd it was b/c the snow we have on the ground. so i startted down the road and the truck seemed like there was no fuel and the check engin light came on so i turn off the road to a side street and it started runing like it did when i started up but i could not go over 30 mph

Find someone with a good scantool, have them pull the codes and run a CCT and a buzz test and then post the results.
