hard start after sitting

New to site. I have a 99 F350 6 speed manual that is hard to start after sitting a day or longer. The motor is stock with a fresh rebuild about three thousand miles ago. I have new batteries, new high torque starter, new gp relay, new glow plugs, rotella synthetic oil, no fuel leaks anywhere.
The vehicle runs excellent and I have started it at 11 degrees without plugging in. The only problem I have is if sets more than one day or so.
I also checked the oil level in the HPOP after sitting and it is full. Also checked fuel bowl and it is full after sitting and pumps work fine. If anyone can tell something I may have missed it sure would be appreciated. The mechnanics at the local ford garage cant figure it out either. They ran several tests and everything checks ok. Thanks for any information.

What do you mean it's hard to start? Like bats are low or like it turns over fine but takes a long time to start?

Vehicle turns over excellent, may take up to 10 or so attempts. It then runs fine with no problems. This happens only after sitting for more than a day.

Hmmmm.....I'm wondering if you have some sort of bleed down in the heads. Does it smoke abnormally right after it starts?

I does not smoke abnormally after starting. Also, during attempts to start after sitting, there is no type of smoke or smell of fuel coming from exhaust during attempts to start.

first thing would be to let it sit for a day or two and check high pressure oil reservoir to see if it is within spec on oil level and go from there

what about fuel pressure , may want to hook a gauge to it and see if fuel pressure is coming up correctly when starting

I have not had that checked yet. I sort of assumed pressure was good because of the way it ran and started throughout the day. What type of pressure reading should I look for?

The OP said pumps work fine but I don't know what that means exactly. What about HPOP pressure?
