2002 hard knock tons of white smoke then runs fine

hello everyone thanks for looking .I have a 2002 f-350 200,000 mile rebuilt injectors less than year ago with new glow plugs .had chip in it took out still same .can be warm stop to go in store come out and will still do the chugging and allot of smoke .took to dealer said was #5 I changed ran awesome less than a week same thing worse like a knock and smoke then fine for week then started again. I did a heat gun on start up was told would help find cylinder driver side is around 120 all the passenger side is around 85-90 . this is driving me nuts lol. any help is much appreciated

Under valve cover harness on passenger side may be burnt or unplugged.

smoke exhaust and valve cover

it still smokes badley even out oil fill no pressure coming out of it just white smoke valve cover harness is new did injectors and glow plugs less than year ago new injector helped but two weeks later back to it .heat gun test on cylinders 85 120 90 90 pass side 100 147 147 98 drivers side maybe seals on injectors ? looking into getting swamp injectors for truck just hopping its problem

Could be the IDM if all the missing injectors are not on one side.

funny thing it runs fine well seems like to scared to drive it any more due to it has gotten worse on start up will knock then smoke it has a steady haze coming out valve cover also if take cap off. how can I test the IDM ?
